None of Her
The death of a city techie puts the limelight on two urban women, Bhavana and Deepa. Both of them have separate ties with Akash and it’s obvious they are both hiding something.
API Naveen and IPS Stuti delve into the women’s lives to search for a clear-cut motive and stumble upon stories of deep personal conflicts. Deepa and Bhavana also re-examine their own demons and battles as the story unfolds at the interrogation table.
The film is a drama centred around a crime; it is a social narrative on how women work out of the rigid framework that society has constructed for their mere existence, leading them to take steps driven by female rage.
None Of Her is a 2024 Kannada-English Drama-Crime Film. Poojitha Prasad is the director of award winning short films such as ‘Laali’ and ‘Date Night’. ‘None of Her’ is a her feature debut. Greeshma Sridhar of ‘Malgudi Days’ and ‘Naanu Kusuma’ fame plays the first lead character. Dancer Sowmya Jagamurthy joins the lead cast along with theatre actors Lekha Naidu and SriHarsha. Harshil Koushik from ‘Aachar and Co’ , and Deepak Subramanya from ‘Daasa Puranadara’ also lend their acting prowess. Sugan Shanmugam is the cinematographer and Bharath MC, editor of Gultoo, has worked on the post production of this film as the editor and colourist. The music has been composed by Aparajith Sris (Gantumoote) Sound Design has been done by Sam Keuper of Saaramsha fame.
